fable 2

Generally i like all types of games except for sports games and i am really into adventure rpg games. and out of all the games I played fable 2 is near the top because of the adventure, the humor, and it's out of the box imagination. the things that stand out for me was the adventure, you start a few years later after the first attack in Albion, you are an orphan, trying to get through another day cold and hungry when fate brought a traveling merchant with ancient relics, one of which you end up buying. afterwards the king who went mad after the death of his family took interest in you and your sister who somehow were one of the four heroes who was going to stop him and after he kills your sister he turns his pistol on you. you barely survived and time fast fowards a few years later to the start of your journey. they game has a different experience gathering for starters as after you hit or kill an enemy they drop different colored orbs for specific level ups and depending how you fight you can get a bonus after the fight. leveling up gives options on which specific area you want to level up in. they include strength for melee combat, dexterity for indirect combat, and magic for shooting fireballs or summoning undead, stop time and much more. personally, I like these manner of level up because i can choose what I want to level up for my style of combat and you get a fair amount of orbs after combat. early in the game you get a dog unlike the last game and other than being entertaining he helps in variety of ways like fights, digging up treasure, and even help in persuasion, I do enjoy having the dog around because most games don't have anyone accompany the hero and again makes the game stand out. the graphics are amazing in the game, there is very good texture and the environment can give the player more of a thrill the only downside of this is lag, especially in the market area where you see the graphics loading in stages that can take a while to fully load. Finally the game offers a player to be literally in the game due to the choices they make in the game. depending on the choice they make can help or damage places like as an orphan you help a guard collecting warrants that got out of his hands, when you pick them up a thug will pay you for handing over the warrants, the choice the player makes can be seen later when they return years later. if the choice was turning in the warrants to the guard the town is peaceful and in order and if the choice was bad the place is run by thugs and it becomes a dark place. I would give this game an 8 because of the choices, a good storyboard, and a fairly exciting fights. even though this game is for single player they tried to bring multiplayer into the game via tag team but you have to stay by each other to go anywhere and this becomes a hassle especially during fights and going anywhere on the map
